[Skill Crest] Provoke (Paladin)

All Skill Crests have two options. You may only choose one of them. Once they are equipped, they can be recovered by NPCs Bailey (Carderock Pass) / Stashy (Saint's Haven).

Provoke Crest can either: 
1. Increase the Debuff Duration.
2. Reduce the Cooldown.


Suggestion:
Increase the Debuff Duration. (If you only invest to Lv. 4, you will have a Debuff Duration of  15.5 seconds with 15 seconds Cooldown; If you invest to Lv. 8, Debuff Duration would be 24.75 seconds. If your Provoke is interrupted, you will have 9.75 seconds to warn your party. Also, Rare Crest would be enough if you invest to Lv. 8)


Magic
1. Debuff Duration is increased by 30%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 4%.

Rare
1. Debuff Duration is increased by 40%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 8%.

Epic
1. Debuff Duration is increased by 50%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 12%.
