[Skill Crest] Divine Punishment (Paladin)

All Skill Crests have two options. You may only choose one of them. Once they are equipped, they can be recovered by NPCs Bailey (Carderock Pass) / Stashy (Saint's Haven).

Divine Punishment Crest can either: 
1. Increase the Buff Duration.
2. Reduce the MP cost.


Suggestion:
Increase the Buff Duration. (Usually Divine Punishment is used together with Iron Will, but Iron Will only lasts for 12 seconds while Divine Punishment can last for 24 seconds with +20% Buff Duration. The extra 12 seconds can be used with Stance of Faith)


Magic
1. Buff Duration is increased by 12%.
2. MP cost is decreased by 10%.

Rare
1. Buff Duration is increased by 16%.
2. MP cost is decreased by 30%.

Epic
1. Buff Duration is increased by 20%.
2. MP cost is decreased by 50%.
