[Skill Crest] Protection Shell (Priest)

All Skill Crests have two options. You may only choose one of them. Once they are equipped, they can be recovered by NPCs Bailey (Carderock Pass) / Stashy (Saint's Haven).

Protection Shell Crest can either: 
1. Increase the Buff Duration.
2. Reduce the MP cost.


Suggestion:
Reduce the MP cost. (Duration is 60 seconds while Cooldown is only 10 seconds)


Magic
1. Buff Duration is increased by 12%.
2. MP cost is decreased by 10%.

Rare
1. Buff Duration is increased by 16%.
2. MP cost is decreased by 30%.

Epic
1. Buff Duration is increased by 20%.
2. MP cost is decreased by 50%.
