[Skill Crest] Grand Sigil (Priest)

All Skill Crests have two options. You may only choose one of them. Once they are equipped, they can be recovered by NPCs Bailey (Carderock Pass) / Stashy (Saint's Haven).

Grand Sigil Crest can either: 
1. Increase the Damage.
2. Reduce the Cooldown.


Suggestion:
Reduce the Cooldown. (Cooldown will be reduced from 150 seconds to 132 seconds. Although it is still a long time, but as a supportive priest it would be an advantage)


Magic
1. Damage is increased by 5%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 4%.

Rare
1. Damage is increased by 10%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 8%.

Epic
1. Damage is increased by 20%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 12%.
