Rupert's Ramblings is a Friendship Quest obtained at Carderock Pass. After completing this quest, you will be able to give gifts to Rupert (Carderock Pass).

P.S. For Rupert, he would not have a "heart" appeared on top of him even when his friendship quest is unlocked.

Unlock Condition:
Reach Lv. 15.

Location:
Carderock Pass


1. Choose "Talk" and select "Can I get a discount?" to obtain the quest.

2.  Continue with the talk and select "Yes. Yes, you are." to complete the quest.

3. Now you can give gift to Rupert.
