[Skill Crest] Stunning Shot (Sharpshooter)

All Skill Crests have two options. You may only choose one of them. Once they are equipped, they can be recovered by NPCs Bailey (Carderock Pass) / Stashy (Saint's Haven).

Stunning Shot Crest can either: 
1. Increase the Damage.
2. Increase the Cooldown Reset Chance.


Suggestion:
Increase the Cooldown Reset Chance. (We want higher chances to cast stunning effect rather than the +20% damage)


Where can you find this Epic Crest?
You need to fulfil the following conditions:

1. Rockthorn Gorge or Desolate Isle at Abyss difficulty;
2. Dimensional Box Key x1;
3. Gold Dimensional Rabbit (Black body with white hat) appears.

Magic
1. Damage is increased by 5%.
2. Cooldown Reset Chance is increased by 2%.

Rare
1. Damage is increased by 10%.
2. Cooldown Reset Chance is increased by 4%.

Epic
1. Damage is increased by 20%.
2. Cooldown Reset Chance is increased by 8%.
