[Skill Crest] Ankle Shot (Sharpshooter)

All Skill Crests have two options. You may only choose one of them. Once they are equipped, they can be recovered by NPCs Bailey (Carderock Pass) / Stashy (Saint's Haven).

Ankle Shot Crest can either: 
1. Increase the Damage.
2. Reduce the Cooldown.


Suggestion:
Reduce the Cooldown. (The main point of Ankle Shot is to immobilize your enemy, damage is not the primary concern)


Where can you find this Epic Crest?
You need to fulfil the following conditions:

1. Basin of the Fallen at Abyss difficulty;
2. Dimensional Box Key x1;
3. Gold Dimensional Rabbit (Black body with white hat) appears.

Magic
1. Damage is increased by 5%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 4%.

Rare
1. Damage is increased by 10%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 8%.

Epic
1. Damage is increased by 20%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 12%.
