Location:
1. After talking to Jenny (Mana Ridge), you will receive 3 "Retro Weapon Design".
2. By using the "Baralika Shard" obtained in Borin's Relic Chest and one of the Design, you can create one of the Retro Weapons. Talk to Borin to complete the quest.
