Location:
1. Right-click on the "Ancient Relic Chest" in your inventory.
2. After talking to Borin, decompose "Baralika the Hurricane" using the Extractor at Frost Hill.
3. After extraction, pick up the "Baralika Shard" and talk to Borin in Mana Ridge.
