A Real Man's Bet is a Friendship Quest obtained at Saint's Haven.
After completing this quest, you will be able to give gifts to Honest Ed (Saint's Haven).
P.S. When a friendship quest is unlocked, the respective NPC would have a "heart" appeared on top of it.
Unlock Condition:
Reach Level 24.
Location:

1. After receiving the quest, you will obtain a "Seliana Single CD".

2. Talk to Lady Kaylinn (Royal Castle). Try to please her as much as possible. Then she will give you a "Kaylinn's Promissory Note". Return to Honest Ed (Saint's Haven) to complete the quest.
