1. Defeat the Boss and you will obtain a "Spirit Teardrop".

2.  Talk to Archer Trainer Ishilien (Saint's Haven) and you will need to visit several NPCs until you eventually complete the quest at Bishop Ignacio (Royal Castle in Saint's Haven).
