[Skill Crest] Meteor Storm (Mystics)

All Skill Crests have two options. You may only choose one of them. Once they are equipped, they can be recovered by NPCs Bailey (Carderock Pass) / Stashy (Saint's Haven).

Meteor Storm Crest can either: 
1. Increase the Damage.
2. Reduce the Cooldown.


Suggestion:
Increase the Damage. (Cooldown of Meteor Storm is 125 seconds while cooldown of Fast Forward is 120 seconds, not necessary for cooldown reduction)


Magic
1. Damage is increased by 5%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 4%.

Rare
1. Damage is increased by 10%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 8%.

Epic
1. Damage is increased by 20%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 12%.
