[Skill Crest] Furious Winds (Acrobat)

All Skill Crests have two options. You may only choose one of them. Once they are equipped, they can be recovered by NPCs Bailey (Carderock Pass) / Stashy (Saint's Haven).

Furious Winds Crest can either: 
1. Increase the Damage.
2. Increase the Action Speed.


Suggestion:
Increase the Action Speed. (Enhance mobility, but the difference is not that significant)


Magic
1. Damage is increased by 5%.
2. Action Speed is increased by 10%.

Rare
1. Damage is increased by 10%.
2. Action Speed is increased by 30%.

Epic
1. Damage is increased by 20%.
2. Action Speed is increased by 50%.
