[Skill Crest] Block (Cleric)

All Skill Crests have two options. You may only choose one of them. Once they are equipped, they can be recovered by NPCs Bailey (Carderock Pass) / Stashy (Saint's Haven).

Block Crest can either: 
1. Reduce the Cooldown.
2. Reduce the MP cost.


Suggestion:
Reduce the Cooldown. (This skill is one of the three major defensive skills for tanker paladin, shorten the Cooldown could make it easier to do the 3 skills looping, i.e. Block, Iron Will, Divine Punishment)


Where can you find this Epic Crest?
You need to fulfil the following conditions:

1. Astral Coven Laboratory at Abyss difficulty;
2. Dimensional Box Key x1;
3. Gold Dimensional Rabbit (Black body with white hat) appears.

Magic
1. Cooldown is decreased by 6%.
2. MP cost is decreased by 10%.

Rare
1. Cooldown is decreased by 8%.
2. MP cost is decreased by 30%.

Epic
1. Cooldown is decreased by 10%.
2. MP cost is decreased by 50%.
