[Skill Crest] Blade Storm (Swordsman)

All Skill Crests have two options. You may only choose one of them. Once they are equipped, they can be recovered by NPCs Bailey (Carderock Pass) / Stashy (Saint's Haven).

Blade Storm Crest can either: 
1. Increase the Damage.
2. Reduce the Cooldown.


Suggestion:
Increase the Damage. (For PVE and Nests)
Reduce the Cooldown. (For PVP, one match is about 2-3 minutes. You would have the advantage if you cast Lv. 40 spell first)


Where can you find this Epic Crest?
You need to fulfil the following conditions:

1. Black Sovereign Tower or Desolation Point at Abyss difficulty;
2. Dimensional Box Key x1;
3. Gold Dimensional Rabbit (Black body with white hat) appears.

Magic
1. Damage is increased by 5%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 4%.

Rare
1. Damage is increased by 10%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 8%.

Epic
1. Damage is increased by 20%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 12%.
