Library Liberation is a Side Quest obtained at Royal Castle.

1. In this quest, you have to retrieve the abandoned books. Firstly, you can easily get 2 "Weapon Flaws 101" by defeating 2 Pirate Kobold Hunters.

2. Then, you will obtain 2 "Royal Castle Memorandum" by defeating 2 Native Goblin Slingers.

3. Lastly, you will obtain 2 "Saint's Haven Royal Records" by defeating 2 Pirate Kobold Cannons. Return to General Duglas (Royal Castle in Saint's Haven) to complete the quest.
