Flight of The White Rose is a Side Quest, obtained at Royal Castle.

P.S. This is a solo quest, you cannot complete it in a party.

1. Right before you enter the last portal, you will see The White Rose. Talk to her first and then talk to the Royal Guard.

2. Talk to Duke Stuart (Royal Castle in Saint's Haven) and Stashy (Saint's Haven) to complete the quest.
