1. Collect 10 Spark Fragments to complete the quest. There are totally 11 Spark Fragments. Here are the locations:

There are 5 more if you cross the bridge after defeating the Boss.











2. Report to Argenta (Black Mountain Path) and Bishop Ignacio (Royal Castle in Saint's Haven) to complete the quest.
