1. Defeat Ruska (Boss) and you will obtain a "Ruska's Crest". Talk to Argenta (Black Mountain Path) and she will give you an "Ancient Celebrant's Spark". Then go to Bishop Ignacio (Royal Castle in Saint's Haven) to complete the quest.
