P.S. Destroy a Spider Egg may give you a Spider Egg Poison, but it is not a must.

1. Collect 5 "Spider Egg Poisons" to complete the quest. Destroy Spider Eggs to collect the items. There are more than enough Spider Eggs to complete this quest.
