All Skill Crests have two options. You may only choose one of them. Once they are equipped, they can be recovered by NPCs Bailey (Carderock Pass) / Stashy (Saint's Haven).
1. Increase the Damage.
2. Increase the Action Speed.
Suggestion:
Increase the Action Speed. (Extremely essential for Kicking-type Paladins)
Where can you find this Epic Crest?
You need to fulfil the following conditions:
- Astral Coven Laboratory or Assassin's Den or Inner Catacombs at Abyss difficulty;
- Dimensional Box Key x1;
- Gold Dimensional Rabbit (Black body with white hat) appears.
Magic
1. Damage is increased by 5%.
2. Action Speed is increased by 10%.
Rare
1. Damage is increased by 10%.
2. Action Speed is increased by 30%.
Epic
1. Damage is increased by 20%.
2. Action Speed is increased 50%.

Have you verified this? I can't seem to find it at Assassin's Den and I'ved completed the dungeon over 100 times.

I did not verify all the possible locations because it's simply impractical to wait for a Gold Dimensional Rabbit in every dungeon. The suggested locations are not the only dungeons to find these crests. They just happen to have a higher chance of dropping the crests when you see a Gold Dimensional Rabbit and you happen to have a Dimensional Box Key to open it.
