[Skill Crest] Fireball (Elementalist)

All Skill Crests have two options. You may only choose one of them. Once they are equipped, they can be recovered by NPCs Bailey (Carderock Pass) / Stashy (Saint's Haven).

Fireball Crest can either: 
1. Increase the Damage.
2. Reduce the Hit Damage.


Suggestion:
Increase the Damage. (Main damage output for Fire Elementalist)


Magic
1. Damage is increased by 5%.
2. Hit Damage is decreased by 5%.

Rare
1. Damage is increased by 10%.
2. Hit Damage is decreased by 10%.

Epic
1. Damage is increased by 20%.
2. Hit Damage is decreased by 20%.
