Temple Chapel (Crystal Stream ---> Gale Woods)
1. As you move along, you will come across David. Talk to David.
2. The banner is right next to the statue nearby. Click on the banner to continue.
3. After opening the device, mushrooms will come out. Talk to David again.
4. Go to Ashen Ruins and talk to Argenta to complete the quest.
