[Skill Crest] Lightning Relic (Priest)

All Skill Crests have two options. You may only choose one of them. Once they are equipped, they can be recovered by NPCs Bailey (Carderock Pass) / Stashy (Saint's Haven).

Lightning Relic Crest can either: 
1. Reduce the Cooldown.
2. Reduce the MP cost.


Suggestion:
Reduce the Cooldown. (With Cooldown reduced, it is possible to cast two Lightning Relics on the same field)


Magic
1. Cooldown is decreased by 12%.
2. MP cost is decreased by 10%.

Rare
1. Cooldown is decreased by 16%.
2. MP cost is decreased by 30%.

Epic
1. Cooldown is decreased by 20%.
2. MP cost is decreased by 50%.
