[Skill Crest] Chain Lightning (Priest)

All Skill Crests have two options. You may only choose one of them. Once they are equipped, they can be recovered by NPCs Bailey (Carderock Pass) / Stashy (Saint's Haven).

Chain Lightning Crest can either: 
1. Increase the Damage
2. Reduce the MP Cost.


Suggestion:
Increase the Damage. (Main damage output)


Magic
1. Damage is increased by 5%.
2. MP Cost is decreased by 10%.

Rare
1. Damage is increased by 10%.
2. MP Cost is decreased by 30%.

Epic
1. Damage is increased by 20%.
2. MP Cost is decreased by 50%.
