Location:

Assassin's Den (Crystal Stream)

1. Talk to Fergus at Crystal Stream.

2. Talk to Deckard at Carderock Pass. Then report it to Fergus at Crystal Stream.

3. Go to Assassin's Den, you will receive a "Dark Elf Harp" after defeating the Boss. Report it to Fergus at Crystal Stream to complete the quest.
